I’ve maintained that relationship because of one key factor, SERVICE. We’ve gone through 3 children getting drivers liscences, finishing high school, going to college, 2 floods, more control by the State Farm corporate office, Drive Safe and Save, and issues with timely invoices, but through all that, Jack, Melinda and the entire team helped us with personal service, explanations, and acting as if we were members of the same family. I am very appreciative of their service, advice, and how they take proactive interest in us as customers so any small issues get solved BEFORE they get to be large problems.
