- SWShóne WilsonOct 19, 20221.0I’ve been with this agent for a while. Never had to call nor go into the office. I recently went with the MileWise policy, eventually deciding it wasn’t for me. I was told I could take the device into any agents office so I decided on mine. BIG MISTAKE! Ms. Bhushan wasn’t in but whomever sits at the 2nd desk to the right has no business working in customer service. EVERYTHING about her from her facial expressions, body language, greeting, tone and the manner of talking to you screams NEGATIVITY, RUDE, NASTY & DOWN RIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL! Needless to say I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Unfortunately Ms. Bhushan when you surround yourself or shall I say employee such nasty people as that woman you lose out!
