  The agency did not communicate with me in a timely manner that my auto insurance company needed a signed form to keep my current rate. Once they did, it was too late and this mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. Cannot recommend them!

  I’ve been with this company for close to 4 years. My experience with them has always been 5 star experience. They have gone out of their way to get me the best quotes. I can be forgetful and The lady that works their Shontal has the best customer service I have ever received. I’d recommend them hands down if your looking for someone to get you good deals on insurance and go that extra mile to makes sure your covered this is the pace to go. I’ve gotten into an accident and called her up she took time out of her day to reassure me that everything was OK I was covered and made me feel better about the situation I was in.
