  I felt at ease with Allstate and my agent. I felt that they were individuals who understood my lack of experience in acquiring homeowners insurance policies so they went out of their way to give me assurance that they were there for me as long as it was necessary for me understand the process and to feel safe that they would always be there for me. They are what one needs in these days when loan holders treat you so careless and let you know they want more power over you than they have. I found peace in knowing Allstate is own my side for moments that I will need security.

  Great Agent and branch! Flexible and responsive in service and customer care. Known Mr. Kinnard for 20+ years and wouldn't have any other company but All State. Thanks Harold!

  I have submitted several reviews on this Houston Allstate Branch, none were positive. Maybe that's why I never received a response. Fortunately I've never had to submit a claim. This is costing me because I never receive these so called good driver rewards and other cash rewards you offer. no one returns calls to help those in need. Maybe I should consider another branch manager or insurance co.
