- SJSharon JacksonJul 13, 20181.0I will never refer or do business with the Sal Ortiz Allstate Co. An isurance agent by the name of Rocky sold me the wrong home owner's policy for my townhome. I had to learn this info from Wellington via US postal mail. What is so sad Allstate - the sales agent Rocky did not have the common courtesy to notify me regarding the cancellation of the policy. Also, I purchased flood insurance from these people and referred a neighbor. They told me they would mail a gift card as a gesture of appreciation. I never received the gift card, and it's been about 2 months ago. This is an incompetent Allstate co. Do not waste your time with these people. I'm done. At the end of the day you are NOT in good hands with Allstate. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
