  I have had them for 8 months and changed to Oscar Torres (much better). Demontrond removed me from auto payment for a month without my permission which gave me a bad payment record loosing a good payer discount. I never asked to be removed and now when I call the corporate office I am told they do not believe customers so they will not do anything. This branch laughed when told they will have a bad reputation for what they do. DO NOT USE THEM!! They will lie and cheat you. If you need Allstate use Oscar Torres office much more polite and helpful.

  Terrible experience for the last 5 years. 4.5 years they have not updated my wife's last name. 2 years with homeowners insurance and they still have our primary address as our old apartment. I ask for them to update it pretty regularly. Then they wonder why I have a hard time believing them when they tell me I did not update my coverage for a new vehicle. I asked for full coverage and no one bothered to tell me until after the fact that I had to specifically ask for coverage for theft. On another occasion we needed a rental car and were told that too was a separate coverage that they did not bother to tell me about. I trust them to be my advocate and they have let me down. We had hail damage to our roof and they offered to replace a quarter of it and would not replace the entire roof. Most recently I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were out of the office but would return my call. I never received one.

  The customer service I receive here is unbeatable.... Everytime I call about ANYTHING I don't hang up the phone scratching my head due to being puzzled with the answers. I deal with Anne all the time. She's amazing!!!!!!
