They would not answer their phone, and leaving messages was useless. No return call . I switched from State Farm to Allstate. I'm now regretting every bit of it. I've moved to a different agent. If this one ends up being a dud too, I'll be going back to state farm. Ladies, if you are reading this, you really screwed up. We all understand getting overwhelmed, but not letting people know that, and reassuring them you are not ignoring them, is a HUGE NOT. You disappointed me greatly, and totally wasted my time. Now I'm having to start all over.
