Staff are time efficient and extremely communicative (Huy was the main point of contact but I was able to meet Brenda and she was very amicable, genuine and professional) . I just purchased home, wind and flood through this specific office and I have had the most positive and proven least stressful experience in my home buying journey. Huy took time to explain coverage, insurance terms on the quotes as well as dealed knowledgeably with the requirements of my mortgage lender from quotes to signing. He was always following up and helped me keep on a strict timeline. I had a tight time crunch making the commute from work to their office which closes at 5pm. The fact that they were so understanding and even stayed open 30 more minutes to work on my paperwork demonstrates how dedicated this office staff is to customer service. I originally chose this office due to the many positive reviews and the fact that it is in my neighborhood but the excellent way I was treated merits the 5 stars this office and staff deserves.
