  I’d give them 0 to if I could. Have proof that things were caused by storm and for the second time they denied me. Don’t waste your time with this company and go to anyone else cause they would be better then this company.

  I called to cancelled my homewoners insurance after they denied my hail and wind damage claim. I called on Aug 3 to cancel and I thought that was it... They just called me to let me know that Im past due.... Past Due? I told them the day and time I called to cancel and they were able to see on the notes (Cancelation Request). BUT..... that wasnt enough for them to cancel and they can only refund 7 day from today (9/11/2024). I got furious! I found out the they still charge me one more monthe with out my consent ( which I already disputed with my bank) They try to wipe their hand with "human error" . I dont care someone did not do their job correcrly now Im paying because of it. The ladies at this branch are also so ignorant smart, acting like if they dont know what going on...pff please!
