  I have contacted this location on Fri, 08/21 to get a quote. The agent I spoke with, Adriane Garcia refused to call my mortgage company to verify if the insurance limits will suffice, and advised I should call, so I called them on Fri. My mortgage company offered to help and stay on the line for me to reach the insurance company, so they can verify address, limits, etc. Adriane Garcia was not available, and nobody else in their office could access the quote. I have tried to contact my mortgage company again today, 08/27 and unfortunately this time, the mortgage agent was not cooperating. After talking to their supervisor, I was told that the address of the property that was insured was actually supposed to be sent by the agent, Adriane Garcia. After keeping me on the phone for 2 hours to obtain a simple information from them, Adriane Garcia had the nerve to say that I need to find another agency. Do you believe for a second that I would've worked with you anyway? You are incredibly lazy and incompetent. My plan was to drop you after the call, or next month. I don't pay for this kind of service. I will advise anyone dealing with this company to find another company who is responsive and know what they are doing. These guys are just a bunch of leaches who will not deserve your business.

  Great Insurance service. Was pleased with the staff agents. Very polite and friendly. Offered water or coffee as I walked in. Rates vary so I was very surprised by the policy I was offered. Come see them for your insurance needs. A must with today’s prices.

  Este lugar está lleno de mentiras empesand con Acenehrt Ruiz,pues al comentarle una semana antes de que vencia mi contrato de 6 meses le llame y le dije que por la pandemia me quede sin trabajo y ya no podia seguir pagando otro periodo de aceguransa ,ella me aceguro que mis deseos se cumplirian y no abria problema, hoy sufro de daños en mi crédito gracias a Aceneht Ruiz, por no notificar que ya no queria seguir con la aceguradora,!!! Talves no les gusto, !!! Mejor agarren otro lugar para asegurarse en allstate y no en este lugar ruin cupa sangre !!!!

  I went to get a new policy with them and they had excellent service. I was able to get a great deal on my policy and everyone in the office gave my mom and I so much respect and they were very nice.
