- PWPam Williams1 day ago5.0Daniel Norm -working in the offices of Eden Misgina in Houston, Texas has been especially helpful . Not only has he been competent and reassuring to me about my coverages, but he made me feel SEEN, as he took the time and patience to explain the process and what to expect in my recent claim filing. Although I have an assigned claims agent- (I’ve had two), from Allstate corporate, my agents office reached out with that personal touch, and it was so needed. I’ve been an Allstate insured -with multiple policies- for most of my adult life. Even tho I make insurance payments every month, I can still learn some things about my coverages- especially when I finally needed to use them for a recent auto claim. Daniel very patiently explained how things worked/ and offered suggestions as to how best to work with the claims agent to avoid misunderstandings. He addressed my concerns and really LISTENED to me. Additionally, he offered to reach out to claims to help facilitate things. He’s more than earned his stars. If he can get 12 stars, lay them on him. He’s earned every one .
