- AGAmber GalindoJul 31, 20231.0Terrible! I had some kid on my coverage for however long and didn’t even know how he was added or who he was! No manager has called me back for reimbursement for that issue and I have emailed and left messages. I have called to add/remove vehicles to my policy with no answers from the office and no returned calls. I recently added a new vehicle to my policy (over the phone) *when someone finally answered* and the vin is not even entered correctly.
