  Poor customer service, 3rd time renewing my FLOOD Insurance and its weird.. the system is always down, they tell me they are gonna call me back and nothing. As a client I shouldn't be the one contacting my agent, if my agent wants to keep getting my business to get their commision they should be the ones contacting the client!! Every year for the past 3 years has always been the same exact problem, they never return my calls.. So after 3 years I decided to switch Agents, I'm done dealing with this headache. I called at the end of May for follow up on my Flood Insurance, system was down and I was supposed to get a call back to get the information I was asking for (I wanted to know the due date and proceed to make payment). My due date was 7/10/21 (THANK YOU ALDO FOR RETURNING THE CALL) smh, I had AUTO & HOME INSURANCE through this agent & I was ready to get a Life Insurance Quote... They need to learn how to value their clients!!
