  I tried to let this go but after much thought, I am not going to. Rosie Castillo an employee here is not trained to do her job and should not be employed here AT ALL. I bought a new car in 4/1 and on 4/2 I called to have it added onto an existing plan my family already has. She quoted me $779.42 for 6 months. That comes out to roughly $129 per month which I was fine with. I was then quoted what our new monthly payment would be with my car added. I then asked if I could just pay the $779.42 up front over the phone so that our monthly payment wouldn’t go up for the next 6 months. She said yes not a problem. She took the payment over the phone and I got my receipt emailed. When I made the payment I was given the impression that it would help to keep our monthly payment the same. What she did not tell me or did not know was that my payment of $779 would go on to pay for April’s full monthly payment of $508! And the remainder $270.98 would go on to be divided into 5 payments and be applied to our monthly payment for the next 5 months. AND that Allstate would still add the $129 for my car per month to our plan making our payment go up anyway!!!! If Rosie Castillo knew how to do her job properly and told me that if I make the $779 payment it would be applied to pay for 1 month’s monthly payment and go on to be divided into the rest of the 5 payments I would not have made the payment at all. I would’ve kept my money and paid 2 car payments with it instead or asked about getting my own insurance plan separately. This was a fail on Rosie Castillo’s part and I feel like I was lied to and my money was mishandled. She does not care about clients and doesn’t seem to care about her own job since she doesn’t know anything about how payments work at the company she works for. To top it all off they don’t do refunds! They cannot refund my money! You cannot mess with someone’s money like this in this economy! If you get Rosie Castillo on the phone hang up. If you come here and get her as your insurance agent walk out.

  I always get excellent service from this office. I'm not reviewing Allstate; I'm reviewing this office. All of the agents I've worked with, for many years, are always very responsive and happy to help. It means a lot. I even got an e-mail from the old man once; just checking in. Lindsay and Rosie are most notable; Shayna too. Thank you, team!

  I’d give them 0 to if I could. Have proof that things were caused by storm and for the second time they denied me. Don’t waste your time with this company and go to anyone else cause they would be better then this company.
