  I’ve only been working with this location for just around a year (give or take), and I’ve been fairly disappointed by the quality of service. The people are nice, when you can actually get someone on the phone, but it’s hard to get someone to answer, and you end up having to do a lot of chasing. Not to mention, the few times I’ve reached out with a request, what was promised has not be followed through on each time. The way I see it, we are all busy, and I don’t believe it’s our responsibility to chase our agents. Sadly, since my original location agent closed shop, I haven’t been able to find a reliable service with any other AllState agent. I’ve been with Allstate for nearly two decades. Integrity and personal responsibility matter. Please, do better.
