  Recently my homeowner insurance decided to stop insuring property in the state of Texas. I decided I wanted to move to State Farm Insurance because of the excellent reputation the company has. I began looking for a local agent for State Farm and after reviewing a couple in my area, I decided to give Melissaa Rodriguez's agency a call. I can't remember the last time I had such a completely satisfied customer experience. Carlos spent as much time as I needed to understand the various coverages for my homeowner's insurance. I decided to also move my auto insurance to this agency at the same time. Carlos helped me get my previous coverages cancelled and the refunds on the way, he filed the new insurance coverage with my mortgage company, he got all the paperwork emailed to me the same day and generally made the transition as seamless and easy as possible. Although I hope to never actually need to make a claim against either insurance, I am satisfied that if that were to happen, I can rest assured I will get all the help I need. I recommend this agency highly.

  Sarah Merolilo took care of us she was able to get us everything we had with Allstate but saved us like 50 dollars a month. Very friendly and courteous. Got back to us quickly with any and all questions I had. Very glad we made the switch.
