  I hate shopping for insurance. It can be hard making sure your comparing apples to apples, getting the best rate, actually being able to get a hold of someone competent that can help, etc. But I needed to since the rates with my prior provider had gone up. I reached out to State Farm, All State, Geico, and Progressive. Jessica Payne with Mason Copeland - State Farm Insurance Agent was extremely helpful and was able to guide me through the process quickly in a way that I understood what I was getting and was getting a better rate than I had previously. She provided the human touch that is too often missing these days and proved you don't necessarily have to pay more to get it. Thanks Jessica for your help, happy to be a new customer!

  After my State Farm agent retired I chose State Farm Agent Mason Copeland to take care of our auto and home insurance needs. I met with him at his office early on to get to know him and to go over my accounts and coverages. Our meeting lasted 2 hours and I walked away having peace of mind knowing that I definately made the right decision! Mason and his office manager, Jessica, are both very personable and made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend trusting Mason with your auto, home, life insurance needs, or even retirement planning and college savings.
