  We definitely don’t feel like we’re in good hands. We were long time customers, but we will never do business with them again. We sold our house because my wife was sick in December of 2024. We have been asking for our refund and they keep telling me they mailed it but it has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any of the 3 “supposed” checks. They referred me to customer service but customer service is in a different country and it’s very difficult to understand them and nothing gets accomplished. I have filed a complaint with TDI. I do not recommend

  Diana Wickman’s agency is amazing! They’re very friendly and knowledgeable about policies. Anytime I have questions they answer them in a timely manner. It’s always a good experience talking to everyone in the office. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

  I still have not received a refund from funds taken out of my account by false pretenses. It has been 2 months since I was told a refund was in the mail. I have suggested to have it deposited back into my account or have it Fed Exed. Nothing has happened. I am ready to contact the Texas Department of Insurance and/or file a small claim in the municipal court. I gave a 2; in case this was resolved right away and I had better relations in the future. Otherwise, it would be a zero, in which case it also goes viral, also. COPY REVIEW

  I have been a customer since 2015 this year I reached out to Diana as I received my renewal information and my home insurance has increased without any claims . I am a divorcee and need any savings that I may be missing that would help me to experience a reduction cost for my policy. I sent an email to Diana on a Friday didn't expect any response until Monday. Surprise Diana reached out via email and followed up with a phone call on a Saturday. She has been very diligent in working to get me the very best savings without a lack of good coverage I can not thank her enough for the superb customer service I have received. I pray that her businesses continue to strive and prosper.
