  I started searching for different home insurance due to an increase with my prior insurance company. I contacted multiple companies, Allstate offered me the most competitive offer by far. Brinn from Allstate did an amazing job. He was super patient and did not blow my phone up like the other places were. He explained everything and it was a super quick and easy switch. We even bundled my vehicle to make the price even lower. HIGHLY recommend Brinn as an agent!

  I received a call on Good Friday 4/3/26 from my AllstateAgents Office. I spoke with Ms. Trixy she was doing a follow up call to inform me that my policies were coming up for renewal but I couldn't talk. I called Ms. Trixy back and I must say it was a pleasant call, she search for the better quotes and really helped me to save some money on my policies. I want to take the time out to thank Ms. Trixy for her help with making this renewal process less hectic and overwhelming as she understood my concern. Thank you Ms. Trixy, you are a GEM to the Jay Haidari Allstate Agency.

  Hailey at Allstate saved me from getting ripped off – literally. I was this close to signing a policy that would have completely overcharged me. Then I talked to Hailey. She reviewed everything, asked the right questions, and showed me exactly where I was about to overpay – then found me way better coverage for a fraction of the cost. She didn't have to go that deep. But she did. Hailey is honest, sharp, and actually looks out for you. If you're shopping for insurance, don't make a move until you talk to her first. She'll save you from making a costly mistake – and then save you a ton of money on top of it. Seriously, thank you Hailey!

  It is difficult for me to believe that there are only 5-star reviews, without even a few 2-star, 3-star, or negative complaints. With over 1,986 five-star Google reviews, this seems unrealistic, especially considering the experience I have had. Over the past three years, I have repeatedly tried to contact owner Jay Haidari many many many times to speak to the agent Haidari directly to discuss my policy or ask question, but I have had no success in reaching him or receiving proper communication. It has been very difficult to get clear answers or any meaningful customer support. Because of this experience, along with the high premiums every six months for my vehicles and the continuous yearly increases, I have decided to cancel my policy and seek coverage elsewhere. In addition, the premiums for my homes have been increasing almost every year—nearly doubling at times—with no clear explanation. The only response I repeatedly receive is “Texas is Texas,” which is not a sufficient or professional justification. I receive the same generic answers and excuses for increasing our policy. After shopping around, I found significantly lower rates—nearly half of what I was paying—whether through other insurance providers or even the same company with a different agent. The difference in pricing is substantial and quite surprising.

  We had the pleasure of working with Brinn while switching our auto insurance from Progressive Insurance to Allstate, and the experience was exceptional. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Brinn took the time to thoroughly explain our coverage options so we understood what we were choosing rather than just rushing us through the switch. Because of his guidance, we were able to make a confident, informed decision. His professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail really stood out.
