I worked directly with Stephanie thru the whole process, and she was a delight from the very beginning; not pushy, and not overwhelming with phone calls. She text me in the beginning, and simply asked if she could prepare a quote for me- vastly different than all the other agencies that were bombarding me with calls. Stephanie prepared the quote and was quick to respond to my questions- still via text. Once I saw the numbers, I was ready to talk.
