Mike personally, and the ones that represent him will agree to deals via phone conversation, text message and email, get you to pay to fill out applications, run your credit, and leave your family stranded with no house. They are offenders of the Federal Fair Housing Act. Buyer beware, they represent unethical business practices, and lie.

Having State Farm for over 20 years thru Mike Bergman's agency has been very good to us. We not only have insured thru him but our grown children have as well. Just recently working with Olivia Castillo from his office moving our homeowner's insurance over as well was easy and very, very nice. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16 years old. When my original Dallas agent was about to retire, my file was transferred to an agent in Lewisville, and I stayed with that office for about 11–12 years. To this day, I have never received so much as a welcome or introduction from that agent, despite being a long-time customer.
When I needed help with a claim, he actually said to me, “I don’t know what you want me to do in regards to this claim.” My jaw dropped. I remember thinking, “If I ever said that to one of my own clients, I’d never get away with it.” I was upset but honestly didn’t have the energy at the time to go look for another agent.
My son then came across Mike Bergman’s office and told me how awesome and helpful everyone there was. That was all I needed to hear. I immediately decided to move all 6–7 of my policies over to the Bergman Team, and I am so glad I did.
Within a week, Mike personally came over to review our policies and make sure we had the right amount of coverage, meaning not too little, not too much. His staff is incredibly helpful, cooperative, and knowledgeable. David recently helped me with a claim and not only did he clearly explain the process, he even followed up four days later to make sure the corporate office had taken care of me and the claim. Very much appreciated and very impressive!
