  Is there really an insurance company that operates like this? I called because I needed help, but they treated me as if I was bothering them for calling. The owner even hung up on me in the middle of the conversation, saying there was nothing they could do to help. It’s like once they get you to sign up for insurance, they take your money and then wash their hands of any responsibility. Absolutely unbelievable! Never, ever get insurance from this company! I will be reporting this to Allstate headquarters as well.

  Update 2/13/2026 They kept raising the premium on me despite my clean records, been with them for more than 3 years and now i am considering switching to different insurance. Changing my rates to two stars Rachel is great agent and always address my questions honestly and perfectly, return emails and calls pretty quick which is really important when you need help from your insurance agent!
