- KMKate MinAug 12, 20251.0Is there really an insurance company that operates like this? I called because I needed help, but they treated me as if I was bothering them for calling. The owner even hung up on me in the middle of the conversation, saying there was nothing they could do to help. It’s like once they get you to sign up for insurance, they take your money and then wash their hands of any responsibility. Absolutely unbelievable! Never, ever get insurance from this company! I will be reporting this to Allstate headquarters as well.
