  I have been financially struggling as a single mother and they called me that I owed two months and my policy was going go to be cancelled. I had to come up with a lot of money to pay it. Come to find out now they charged me a month in advance. I’ve been struggling this month without money and those hundreds of dollars they took prematurely would have helped. Thanks Allstate, used to have better customer service.

  Liz with Allstate is AMAZING! 🌟 She took the time to walk me through everything, found every discount possible, and explained all my benefits so clearly. I was literally about to switch insurance companies — but I called back and asked for her specifically. Her customer service is top-tier, and she truly cares about helping her clients. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile, Liz is the one to ask for!

  Matt McBride with Allstate was absolutely amazing to work with! He helped me save a significant amount of money on both my car insurance and home insurance. He was incredibly patient, took his time walking me through all of my options, and made sure he found the best coverage at the best price for my family and me. What really stood out was his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our family’s needs. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with real results. To Matt’s managers and leadership team , he is a tremendous asset to your organization and truly represents Allstate well. Employees like him deserve recognition for the value they bring to clients every day. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him!

  Christy Jordan is such a blessing! I was intial looking for just homeowners insurance and was able to get not only that but also almost $100 lower on my car insurance! I was with Allstate before I was paying $400 and moved to another insurance that was cheaper but now thanks to Christy, I am now paying lower than my current insurance. I recommend her for all your insurance needs. She truly gets to know you and learn you and gives amazing advice!

  We have a new policy for property and auto. I was downloading the app, and followed instructions accordingly to create an account. Still having issues logging in. Called Matt. When Matt (our super helpful agent) tried to take care of the issue, but couldn't fix it, Matt transferred me to Trixie. I explained the issue with the ID I used, which is my email address. As we were discussing this, she noticed the name on the policy is not on my email address. Our policies use my legal/first name which is not part of my email address. She made the necessary additions and changes so I can create the Allstate Mobile app. Easy peasy now, but since I was logged out from so many attempted failures I will have to wait. Plus, Trixie had to check a box, or whatever it is, to let Allstate know that I use my middle name versus my first name. This may take 24 hours to update, etc. So Trixie sent me an email with my auto policy ID. Trixie fixed my issue professionally with a caring tone. PLUS emailing my ID so I have something to show I am insured! In a time where customer service doesn't hardly exist, Trixie is outstanding! She offered to help me if I needed further assistance with anything else, and that her contact was in the email she sent. I am so impressed with her! Thanks so much, Trixie, I appreciate you.
