Triple check everything, especially the fine print and things that you would think they would support you with when issues arise. Issues will be passed on to the decision makers above and the local branch will not support you.

- AHAlanna HardcastleMar 20, 20262.0I had no issues for the last few years but recently got a new car & obviously let them know & my plan suddenly jumped *UP* by $100 with no notice or information on why from them until I sent multiple emails (literally took 3 before getting a call back) & they were only willingly to drop it down to still be raised by $85 despite me not signing new paperwork for this new monthly rate & again I was never informed there was even going to be an increase to begin with. Very disappointed to leave but if they’re not going to treat long time customers with respect/loyalty there are others who will!! Btw my new insurance is back to what I was paying previously despite them being “unable to match”
