The agency is fine. The claims department "sucks". I hit a massive pothole that I did not see nor did my passenger brother. When we hit the pothole, we both said that we hope no major damage was caused. Several weeks later the car began to idle excessively. I took it to the dealership to learn that the pothole caused major damage. I had the car repaired ($8,125.30). Allstate paid $2,513.35. The damage as a result of the pothole caused the Engine Mount, Hexagon Head Bolt, Profile Clamps, Hexalobular Head Screw, Transmission Mount, Spring Link, and Control Arms issues. In addition, I had brakes and alignment work done.
Allstate said that the suspension and alignment appeared to be related to the loss.
How do they think the motor mounts and engine mount failure occurred if it were not for the impact of the car falling in the pothole.
I asked my service advisor about the causation and he had to shake his head in disbelief. I have $100,000 in coverage for collision with a $100 deductible. When I made the statement to the insurance adjuster [Common sense should tell you that hitting a deep pothole with the force that my car did would have caused the motor and engine mounts to break loose and the force with which the car hit the hole caused all the damage. How do you think the damage was caused if it were not for hotting the massive unseen pothole? I understand the brakes were normal wear and tear. You are so busy taking money for premiums and not paying out for accidental damage. Your assessment sucks and is shameful. As soon as possible, I will be taking all of my cars and home to an agency that knows the difference and cares. In good hands with Allstate is a "joke". I appealed the decision and the cowards stood by their asinine decision.

Rachel is highly recommended! she is very professional and helpful. she clearly answered all of my questions and made the entire process simple.
I called them several times to stop calling me, they not only ignore me, but now they’re calling two times in a row making it seem like an urgent phone call. Very rude and they won’t take me off their calling list.

Excellent customer service and I was able to save on my car insurance on top of everything else. I was being over charged by my former car insurance company and Miranda and the team at Judy Wiggins Allstate were able to get me a lower rate with better options. Check them out!

Better home and auto coverage than what I had for a cheaper price, but most importantly excellent customer service. Beverly helped me and was fantastic -- she waited on hold with my home insurance three times: once with no answer, once where when she connected me I actually was too busy and had to hang up, and a third time to complete my cancellation -- all with unending patience. I hope I never need to talk to them again, but the experience has me confident that any claim that I need to file will be as painless as possible.
