  We have had very difficult experiences with Gengler and have tried them for both medical and home insurance. In both cases, the agent cost us serious money ($5000 medical; $900 home) above the amount he originally communicated to us that we were going to have to pay. Both instances relied on the agent filing a protest on our behalf that never really got us anywhere and the onus was always on us to continually keep calling him to get any updates. While they were quick to apologize, they were not professional enough to make it right, even when the increase was clearly related to them not doing their job in a timely manner. While they are nice people, I’m afraid they are not clear enough in their communication or competent enough in their policies for me to trust them again.

  I got my auto insurance renewal in and checked with Gengler Agency. Thank Goodness I Did! They gave me better coverage at a lower cost, plus, the staff really explained my coverage to me. So glad I made the call!!!

  Have had a great experience working with the staff at this office. Affordable monthly payments on my homeowners. Others wanted to charge me a LOT more. Call them!
