He was extremely informative and made sure I understood exactly what I will be paying for monthly. He was very respectful as well. I had to make a change on my policy minutes after I signed up and Crystal ( I believe that was her name) was able to assist me quickly. The only reason I took off a star is because after everything was said and done I was contacted to add a driver onto the policy due to the car title. Our policy rate increased significantly which was disappointing. However, the discount given for bundling home and auto was superb. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely recommend Allstate to others.
