Even after moving to New Mexico they have always responded promptly and taken care of any issue I had. Including the time someone was attempting to file a claim under my policy when I had been no-where near the state the claim was being filed in. Until it is necessary to switch with them, I will continue to allow them to monitor and administer my policies.

Rachel Stevens picked up my call and was polite, extremely helpful, listened to my situation and helped me reach the correct department for my claim on the first try! I’m so used to fighting the insurance company to take care of what we pay them to take care of - but at this office I really feel like they WANT to help, even if they need to take a few extra steps to do so.
