First let me say that they offered the most reasonable rates I could find. So I signed with them. But this review is not so much about Josh Hanna StateFarm Insurance Agency, its about the costumer care/service they provided. Krysten was the 'absolute star of the show'. She was incredibly courteous and outgoing. The whole experience was a joy and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her helpful attitude really made the whole "shopping around for Insurance" thing a breeze. I 'd definitely recommend her to anyone who needs assistance. Krysten is now my Agent and I am looking forward to a long lasting Agent/Client relationship. Krysten.....well done. You wowed me. THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE!!!!
