This office is very unethical. The agent withheld info to me to get my business. I was never told about a drive safe discount or what all I had to do for it. The agent never told me he was adding this discount. Once removed it made my premium increase $200.
Bryan himself will not addres the issue of his agent withholding info and causing my premium to increase.
Use this agency with caution please make sure they disclose all info.
I hope this is a one off but yet I should have been told all info so I could have made the correct decision that was best for me at the time.
But this issue should not go unnoticed
