  I had the pleasure of working with Dina Peller at the Aaron Minchew Allstate Insurance agency, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain every cost involved. Dina also offered thoughtful suggestions for both my home and auto insurance that were very helpful. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. I truly wish more customer service professionals had her level of care and professionalism.

  I’ve been with Allstate for over 26 years! And there is one primary reason… SERVICE! Be it from the claims side, and most importantly the agent! I can testify, Patty at Aaron’s office is a jewel! She listens, suggests, recommends, KNOWS her stuff, straight as a ruler, and gives it to you straightforward, and the truth! If you need an agent that cares about their clients, then give Aaron Minchew’s office a call! You’ll be glad you did! A satisfied long time customer! Thanks Aaron and Patty, I am in GOOD HANDS!   So far my experience has been absolutely top notch. After an agent change (and his dishonest assistant) on my previous policy with a different company I decided it was time for a change. I reached out to Patty (and several other companies) for an apples to apples quote. Patty gave me an apples to apples quote as well as an alternate with some things eliminated on my homeowners coverage. She explained in detail why she thought I didn't need the coverage items on the alternate quote and let me make the decision. When all was said and done Patty came in at the lowest and saved me upwards of $2500 /year on my house. As if that wasn't enough she was also able to save me close to $1000/year on my auto insurance and the coverage on that INCREASED because I went with the premium plan. She didn't stop once the policy began either. As an above and beyond example, when she found out I had replaced my roof with level 4 impact resistant shingles, she made sure I remembered to send her the certification for it (I kept forgetting) and saved me another $593 (annual) on my house.
