- MDM DJan 3, 20261.0The agents will call you almost nonstop when they want your business, but are nowhere to be found if you have questions or issues after the fact. I'm also now seeing discrepancies in what the agent promised me, verbally, vs. What's actually in my policy. I don't recommend.

I intend on continuing with Forney Insurance and Nataliya for years to come, IF the rates continue to be reasonable and what they are as of now and there is ongoing timely communication and responses.
