  The agents will call you almost nonstop when they want your business, but are nowhere to be found if you have questions or issues after the fact. I'm also now seeing discrepancies in what the agent promised me, verbally, vs. What's actually in my policy. I don't recommend.

  I was very pleased with the rates on my home insurance offered, the timely communication from the agency, and the loyalty shown to the customer and the rates as quoted in the initial offer. I intend on continuing with Forney Insurance and Nataliya for years to come, IF the rates continue to be reasonable and what they are as of now and there is ongoing timely communication and responses.   I’ve been with Allstate for decades as we crossed state lines and I have never experienced anything like this. We called to add my son’s new vehicle to the policy. My son is 20 years old and I had him on speaker phone to gain experience with the process. After the call he told me they were very incompetent. I agreed, but the numbers fit his budget so we moved forward. Nataliya Schwedt’s agents quoted us a price and said I would be getting a discount if I paid in full. I requested to pay the full amount or to set up the auto draft for the full amount. She said she couldn’t do it and I would need to call the 800 number on the 7th. On the 7th I called the number which connected me to automated home/renters insurance. I contacted Allstate via chat since it was after hours and they confirmed that our payment was not going to be what Nataliya Schwedt‘a agent had quoted me but nearly $400 more!! After the weekend I contacted Nataliya Schwedt‘a agency and they told me there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to cancel my policy with them. They talk in circles and never directly answer your question. Needless to say, we have since switched and will no long do business with Nataliya Schwedt‘a Allstate agency.

  DO NOT cancel your current auto carrier until you have had a thorough bid process. I had all our policies with Progressive for YEARS and tried to switch to Allstate to save "thousands" only to be told after I agreed to switch that our home was "uninsurable" because of the age of our roof. Great, now I'm stuck with Allstate on my autos because their lowball bid on our home necessitated a meager tens of dollars a month switch on our auto insurance as well. Not to mention they couldn't beat Progressive on my motorcycle policy. Good thing the state of Texas protects property owners and prevents rapid transfers of property insurance, or we would have been left uncovered or cancelled. Insurance is scam folks. It's harder to get a water treatment license than it is to get an insurance sales license in the state of Texas. Check your next Cracker Jacks box and you might find an insurance license. The person that "helped" me with all this was gone from the agency before the Homeowners ordeal was even over. Terrifying.
