  Have yet to actually speak to my agent since signing back up with Allstate. It seems it’s preferable that people do everything online these days. Regardless, the coverage for “under slab leaks” is abysmal. The years I’ve paid premiums to Allstate should count for something. Changes are coming.

  I have been with them for almost 2 yrs, but i am done for now. They never care about your time. I tried to bundle my home owners insurance policy with adding auto policy from them but they never answer phone call nor respond emails. It looks like they dont want their old customers

  My husband and I are very happy since switching to Allstate, specifically Richard Carillo’s agency. The rates are very good, we get great discounts, and our agent, Kyle is amazing to work with. He’s very responsive, professional and very helpful when things come up or when we have questions. We know annual rate increases are someone inevitable in this market, but Allstate still maintains competitiveness and great customer service.

  Great customer service and fast in responding to any questions or concerns. He took care of my request in a timely manner. Recommend.
