However, I have been a State Farm customer for over 60 years, and once again they proved why I have remained loyal for so long. From the very beginning, the customer service representative, a gentleman named Darcy, patiently walked me through the claims process and made everything clear and manageable. The adjuster, Leslie Schumann, handled the matter promptly and professionally, keeping the process moving and quickly scheduling the payout. I would also like to commend Bonnie Covart of the Matt Tobben State Farm Agency. Bonnie was exceptional in shepherding the entire process—ensuring things were progressing, assisting with canceling coverage on the totaled vehicle, and making sure I had the information I needed every step of the way.
