I have had the pleasure to work with Gabriella many times. She has excellent communication skills, and technical skills and problem-solving skills. In my experience you do not always find all three of those skills in one person. In contrast I worked with the main office several hours on Sunday and could not resolve the issue. I had 3 different people all said they had limited time to work with me and ended the calls. Gabriella stuck with the problem and resolved it short order. Going forward she will be my favorite person to work with.
