  Matt Tobben became my agent after my longtime agent passed away. I have found Matt to be very personable and interested in answering my questions about my auto, home and other policies. I appreciate his willingness to set up an annual review of my Insurance needs.

  I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an auto accident in which my vehicle was totaled. Like many people, I approached the claims process with some dread, as insurance companies often have a reputation for being difficult and slow to respond. However, I have been a State Farm customer for over 60 years, and once again they proved why I have remained loyal for so long. From the very beginning, the customer service representative, a gentleman named Darcy, patiently walked me through the claims process and made everything clear and manageable. The adjuster, Leslie Schumann, handled the matter promptly and professionally, keeping the process moving and quickly scheduling the payout. I would also like to commend Bonnie Covart of the Matt Tobben State Farm Agency. Bonnie was exceptional in shepherding the entire process—ensuring things were progressing, assisting with canceling coverage on the totaled vehicle, and making sure I had the information I needed every step of the way. Kudos to the State Farm team for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and reassuring one.

  It was a great experience. Mr. Tobben made it super easy to get my car insurance started. Answered all my questions and he was super helpful. If I had a question/ doubt he returned the call right away.

  Matt, I managed 6 highly technical 911 engineers for several years. I have had several times when I needed help from your office. I have had the pleasure to work with Gabriella many times. She has excellent communication skills, and technical skills and problem-solving skills. In my experience you do not always find all three of those skills in one person. In contrast I worked with the main office several hours on Sunday and could not resolve the issue. I had 3 different people all said they had limited time to work with me and ended the calls. Gabriella stuck with the problem and resolved it short order. Going forward she will be my favorite person to work with.
