- MMMarilee MJan 30, 20261.0I'm so sick of the lack of response and misinformation from this office. I bought a new to me car after hours on Thursday. I immediately filled out the forms online giving them the information. The website said the office would call me. When they did not I called them. I was informed by the young lady who answered (who did not identify herself) they have 48 hours to respond, which is fine, except when I said well I am covered by my current insurance for the grace period, she said NO! You have NO insurance on that car! I asked again because there was no way that is correct. She reiterated that I HAVE NO INSURANCE ON THE CAR! She then said she would have Rebecca call me back as soon as possible. After 3 hours I called a different State Farm office, who was able to transfer me to customer care. The wonderful man there informed me that she was incorrect, I do have a 14 day grace period and I am covered! He was nice enough to get me a new policy and then switch my agent to the helpful one (5 star review coming!). This is not the first issue I have had with this office and I had said before I was going to switch. After not doing, this was the final straw! Highly recommend you look at the State Farm agent in Manor. They have very helpful, knowledgeable, professional staff!
