Pague por un año una poliza errada de direccion, nunca fueron responsables en asumir y rectificar el error cometido por ellos, Insistí en multiples ocasiones para que corrigieran sin obtener jamás una respuesta , NUNCA CONTESTA, SIEMPRE ESTA OCUPADO, PROMETE COSAS QUE NI VA CUMPLIR, NUNCA PERO NUNCA RESULVE, pero siempre esta disponible y es sumamente puntual para renovación las polizas, en ese caso es el agente mas eficiente. (CONVENIENTEMETE). Es lamentable que a la hora de vender promenten cosas que no cumplen y cuando llega el momento de responder un reclamo son la peor agencia de seguros. ALLSTATE es una gran compañía pero con agentes como RICARDO ESTRADA entorpecen el proceso fluido y grato para los clientes.
