  I have received frequent call from this office and every time I answer I get hanged up on. I have no idea why they keep calling and hanging up. Previously I had a car insurance policy with this office but canceled after a year because of rate increase. I get calls here and there from them to see if I want to return but I am satisfied with current provider. And have asked them not to call me plenty of times and I was very polite but straight forward with the caller. With that being said I am receiving constant calls from this office and being hung up on as soon as I answer. I don’t appreciate that at all. I’m not sure what the issue is but please let your staff know that I will escalate this issue if it continues.

Within minutes, they had my insurance cards and binder sent over so I could complete my car purchase without any delays. Olivia and Shauna were especially kind and helpful throughout the process—great communication and made everything easy. The whole team is professional, responsive, and makes sure you understand your coverage without overcomplicating things.   With all this happening currently, there are many places working remotely. So my call wasn't answered immediately but I was call back pronounced promptly. The attention is good and they explain all your doubts about their products. The office is closed to walk-ins, only by appointment.
