She found a better rate elsewhere but decided to go to the your office when she showed up they asked her what she wanted and i she said she was wanting to cancel. Instead of figuring out and giving a Allstate loyal customer for 27 years some time to talk and see what can be done. Explain coverages they just told her to wait then just canceled and blew her off.the 2 stars are becuase Allstate was a good company the office not so much.
- RTRudy TrevizoApr 9, 20265.0Not only did Terry find me a deal I couldn’t refuse, but she also saved me from picking a plan that would’ve probably had me crying on the side of the road Googling “what does deductible even mean?” at 2 a.m. Terrys patience deserves an award, especially after answering my 47 random questions. On a serious note, made the change from GEICO who I had been with for several years. Would definitely recommend anyone to work with Terry.
