Tells me a lot about this Allstate office all they care about is money and no customer service what's so ever!! I asked to use the rest room and I was told that they don't offer public restrooms!!! That's a first time 🤔 I'm glad I got out of there quickly Also it seemed like they wanted me out of there quickly as possible ALRIGHTY THEN!!!! Sorry for walking in! Good luck
