Good luck trying to cancel your coverage. I called so many times and was sent straight to voicemail every time I selected “cancel my policy” on the phone system, but when I selected “get a new quote,” someone answered immediately. Very unprofessional.
Then to cancel, I had to send an email with proof of new coverage, and then Mrs. Ordaz still texted me AGAIN to confirm cancellation. Apparently verbal confirmation, an email, and proof of coverage weren’t enough.
On top of that, I was paying nearly triple compared to my new coverage elsewhere. What a nightmare experience.
