  I had dealt with Amanda which is the commercial agent that they have. She's very unprofessional she does not call you back when she says she will she forgets about you and then you have to either keep calling or show up at the office just to get an answer. And after maybe 6 or 7times of either going to the office or calling you finally get an answer. And usually the answer is I'm working on it I haven't got an answer back the same old story she puts the wrong information on your policy so you never get any bills mailed to you. I'm giving her a rating as the one because there's not a lower score. On my auto policy I went with Progressive because they were half the price that Allstate quoted me

  I’ve had the worst experience with Jerome Garcia and his team. All the bad reviews are true and if you’re a current client I STRONGLY recommend that you double check your policy with them and or double check any transitions they claim to help you with. I was promised a smooth transition in changing over my home owners insurance by their manager Amanda. The cancellation and or transition never happened but she did make sure to bill my mortgage company anyway. This resulted in my mortgage company paying them and leaving my escrow in the negative since they had already paid my previous insurance. I should have known better than to trust her. They had already tried to pull one on me before by adding my son on to the policy with out my permission. He didn’t even have a drivers license and wasn’t even driving. After all of this I made the call to cancel my previous insurance and received a refund check of half of what my mortgage had paid. So I’m responsible for the difference and had to get a loan to pay my mortgage back. I emailed Mr. Garcia and he has yet to respond. The worst thing is that I can change Agents but Mr. Garcias agency will still be getting my money. He will still be getting “commissioned” from my payments. I want to stay with all state but I’m going to have to make changes once I get out of the whole this agency put me in. I strongly recommend that you take some time from your busy day to do your research when choosing insurance agents. My biggest mistake was being too busy to research.
