  Well, looks like my review was deleted. No surprise there. As mentioned before, things were good with this agency until they weren’t. Please don’t go here as mentioned in other reviews. I hadn’t had issues with the other workers. The owner’s daughter was rude with this whole situation. I requested the people added to my policy to be removed and she printed requests for me to sign that they be added as excluded drivers. I pointed this out to her and she said she couldn’t help any further and to call 1-800 number and they would be held liable for making that change to my policy. Unfortunately, these calls were routed back to this office where she kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend anyone to go to this office whatsoever. Update: Texas Dept of Public Safety says they don’t send any lists to any insurance company and that it all sounds like fraud and should be reported by anyone experiencing the same thing. Don’t settle for just any information thrown at you and do your research. My advice: Always check what you’re signing and get clarification of what is being told to you. Make sure it matches what is in black and white.
