  I was under the impression the house insurance was due in August, not February.ariel explained to me it was in February. She was very polite and understanding

  Ok so first off i got a quote online and decided to walk in to her storefront. I was in and out with 20 mins insured all documents i needed along with the Proof to keep in the car. Ana is very nice and down to earth. I recommend going there if you need auto insurance

  So this Allstate location has been trying to get my business for the past 2 yrs and I gave in for there services 3 weeks ago and let me tell u it been a headache and so many problems. I finally asked to speak to a mgr and I ended up talking to the agent Anna, Valencia in charge of that office and let me tell u guys she was so rude and unprofessional. She Argued with me about the whole issue her office Created!!! I would Recommend everyone to stay away from this office!!!! If you want, Allstate, find another office…. Wow can’t believe this agent. This place caused me a lapse in coverage fee with my mortgage company and I’m left paying it out of my pocket. They take no responsibility. People beware. They tell u that they’ll cancel ur policy early for u and cause issues for u.
