  The representatives, I spoke With were horrible in customer service. They Have no people skills and are not able to show empathy to a situation. They are focused on trying to keep you at all cost without really listening and doing what the customer is asking. both Victoria Salgado, and the person named Denise Should reevaluate if they should be working with customers. I would not recommend this agency to anyone

  The Albert Aveytia: Allstate Insurance team is Amazing! Upon contacting them, I was fortunate to directly communicate with Victoria and Dora, who promptly assisted me in updating my information and were quick to provide guidance on obtaining mobile access to my account. Even though it was a simple request as updating information. It was undoubtedly a refreshing experience to know the team was readily available and personable, especially in this day and age where clients have to navigate through intricate AI prompts only to ultimately request to "speak with a representative" after several minutes. Thank you for your prompt professional service!

  I went in looking for insurance and I met Keyla. I’m glad I went in cause she got that round onion in the back. She was very helpful and I wanted to take her to the movies but the theater said that I couldn’t walk in with a snack. You guys should go see her and purchase a policy but leave your wife at home cause then they’re gonna figure out why you’re really there.

  Keyla has been extremely helpful! She made the process of getting homeowners insurance very easy, explained everything, and still answers my calls and gives advice long after. Couldn't recommend her more!
