It was denied, even though I hired a company to do the assessment after your 3rd party inspector stated that there was damage to my roof, your adjuster refused to pay my claim. During the following 2-3 months a lot of my neighbors had their roofs replaced except me and the reason, I was explained by the roofing company, is that I had "Allstate" which is the worst company when needed. I've been your customer for many years and been treated badly by your company. I laugh every time I see the commercial on TV...."you are in good hands."
