Try to get ahold of someone after an accident and they set me up with body shop that still hasn't gotten it right then try to call to get cards sent to me and automated system put me in a loop after responding to automated system 3 times I had to hang up

It’s been an absolute nightmare, switching as soon as I can. My husband was removed without my consent just out of nowhere and all they can tell me is he was never on the policy which is a huge lie, I have insurance cards with his name on them, there is always something sketchy going on and they can never give me a direct answer for anything. My email and phone number can’t even be updated correctly, as it doesn’t change but I’ve reported the change of email multiple times. Also they are always calling me with changes and I can’t go one month without an ‘urgent issue’ it’s ridiculous I just want to pay my bill and be left alone. I have never experienced such confusion and disorganization from an professional insurance agency.
