    Loren Valdez handled my proof of renter's insurance perfectly and quickly! Loren emailed documents the same day I asked and then when the apartment complex said certain wording needed to be changed it was done within 24 hour's. Excellent communication with me!

    Last year, I was trying to switch companies because of bad service on my prior insurance company. I called this Allstate office and Amanda went above and beyond to try to help me get out of my previous insurance co. (goose head insurance) they will not cancel my insurance without charging over $1000 For cancellation fee so I was stuck with Them. This year., I call Allstate this time, Nancy Munos answer the phone she was super professional super patient. if you truly appreciate customer service and don’t want to talk to robot call Allstate this office only they will treat you with an excellent service, something rare, now days and give you the best coverage for the best price I would definitely recommend this office if you want a right price and a super customer service
