  It's insurance. I'm not happy about how they constantly increase their prices and then year after year continue to use the same excuse, "rates have gone up everywhere." No....Texas has very high rates because insurance companies, like you, continue to solicit the state for permission to increase our rates. This was addressed in a tv news special. That's being very GREEDY & not caring about your customers.

  They're not honest. They made me pay a late fee even though I was told to not pay the premium for a few days because I had auto-deduct from my checking/cc acct. There was even a recording showing this.
