Thank you Jeremy for setting time aside on a Saturday to help me, as a fellow State Farm employee I was able to get the help I needed and Jeremy was very helpful on making me choose the right the decision for my family.

I am honestly so over this place. I set up my policy with them last year and was paying over $480 for one car. I was told that adding everyone in my household would lower my rate. Later, I found out I had actually been paying an extra $100 per month to have my younger brother added to my policy. He does not drive my car. The only reason I agreed to add him was because I was explicitly told it would reduce my payment. When I asked for an explanation as to why I was told this, they had no answer. When I asked how much extra I had been paying because of him, they said they would “look into it” and I never heard back. Canceling my policy was an absolute nightmare. Even after requesting that all policies be canceled, I continued to receive letters. I later found out my life policy hadn’t been canceled because it’s supposedly “separate,” which was never clearly explained. I canceled that as well a week or two ago, yet I am now receiving emails saying I missed a payment on a policy that should already be canceled. They pulled the exact same stunt on my mom, telling her it would be cheaper to add my brother to her policy which was also completely false. This feels incredibly misleading and dishonest. If you currently have a policy with them, I strongly suggest you double or triple check exactly what you’re being charged for and why. Ask questions and don’t take their word for it. Coming here was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made. I switched because I was told it would be cheaper and as time went on it would lower only for it to go up when the policy renewed and I couldn’t have been more wrong.
